Our experience involves managing the operations process from (inputs) of Lithium disilicate raw materials through the manufacturing (outputs) phases ending with production. Managing that "farm to table" scope of operations is broad so required a resource management approach that took all enterprise resource planning into account because of the many other technology and human variables. This is one example of my experience but its geared more towards the equipment, software and raw material side of advanced technology.
Our expertise ranges from managing health system (CAD/CAM Technology) implementations which directly resulted in improved NPSR (Net Patient Service Revenue) to the management of federally mandated, state implemented "Big data" sharing projects. Managing all the complexities that come with integrating data from multiple agencies with different enterprise architecture. Breaking those complexities down into bits of actionable tasks that allow the organization to move from where they are to where they want to be!
